Vadim Mogyla CEO Mr. Mogyla was born in Severo-Donetsk, Ukraine, in 1972. He started his career in the year of 1995 in metal-roll company “Hammer”, where he became Director the same year, and held this position till 1998. From 1998 till 2001 he served as a Director for “Agro Company”, which was engaged in agricultural activities (grains and oil crops). Mr. Mogyla joined Sintal in 2001 and under his supervision, a small company with an annual turnover of less that USD 150 ths became a large-scale agricultural entity with good development prospects. Mr.Mogyla holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the International Institute of Management and a degree in Coordination Systems from the National Aerospace University in Kharkiv.
Anna Dudchenko Deputy CEO Ms. Dudchenko was appointed Deputy CEO of Sintal Agriculture in early 2009 after previously acquiring broad corporate experience in financial markets – Anna was involved in three of five Ukrainian agriculture placements while employed at Concorde Capital as an analyst covering the Agriculture and Consumer Goods sectors. Earlier Anna worked as a financial expert at Evrotek, one of Ukraine’s largest sunflower oil producers, which was later acquired by Kernel Group. Ms. Dudchenko graduated from Wisconsin International University (USA) Ukraine with a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Anna Dopira Investor Relations Manager Mrs. Dopira joined Sintal Agriculture in April of 2010. Earlier, she worked as junior analyst in Concorde Capital. Anna is graduating from Kyiv School of Economics (former EERC) with Master's diploma in Economics. Besides, she holds Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics  from Dnipropetrovsk National University.
Igor Kramarenko COO Igor Kramarenko is the Chief Operating Officer at Sintal. Prior to joining the company in 2002, he worked as the Director of Agrofirma Kombikorm, which was engaged in sugar production and trade. From 1996 to 1998, he served as the Director of Sfera, a polutry producer. Mr. Kramarenko obtained a degree from National Aerospace University in Kharkiv.
Anatoliy Melnik Head of Sales Mr. Melnik obtained PhD in Economics from Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko. He worked as professor at the Department of Economic Theory, Economic Faculty. Since 1992 he worked as CEO of joint venture “Kripp”, “Agroimpeks” LTD, which specialized in procurement and export of agriculture products. In 1998-2006 Mr.Melnik headed Sales Department in JSC “Evrotek”, large agro-industrial holding which produced “Stojar” branded sunflower oil and operated in grain trade. From 2006 till 2010 he served as Director of “APK Agrointer”, company that produces refined sunflower oil. Since June, 2010 he works as Head of Sales in Sintal’D.
